Please be mindful of our policies and etiquette that are in place for your comfort.


Arriving & Rescheduling
Please do your best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to insure you recieve your full treatment time.
Excessive rescheduling or missed appointments may result in future services being pre-paid in advance.

Late Arrivals
Being on time for your appointment is greatly apprecitated and respectful to other clients. Please come 10 minutes before your appointment to give time to fill out new client paperwork or to discuss any new information with your therapist. If you arrive late for your scheduled time it may result in your treatment time being shortned and having to pay for your entire scheduled service. 

Rescheduling, Cancellation and No Show Policies
If you are unable to arrive for your scheduled appointment for any reason please give at least 24 hours notice. If you can not give 24 hours notice you may be charged 50% of the total amount of your scheduled services and must be paid before your next appointment can be secheduled. A credit card may be asked at the time of booking to reserve your appoinment.
No refunds will be issued or credited as a result in a canellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.
Also know that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment a refferal client may take your place and
cancellation fees will not be placed on your account.
